New Laws & Rules: Tanning, Threading and Designated Managers
There will be "NO" 60 Day Personal License Renewal reminder notices mailed after July 20, 2011 - effective date of HB 2468.
After July 20, 2011 - ALL applicants for Licensure by Reciprocity will be required to take & complete the Infection Protection & Law Review class given by the Board & pay any fees for the classes as prescribed by the Board. If your application has NOT been approved, and a license issued by July 20, 2011, you will have to attend the Infection Protection and Law classes. (form - click here)
60 Day Salon Renewal Notice: Salons will no longer receive a salon renewal letter. Owners take note of your salon renewal date. - effective 2009.
